Honest Review, A Mixed Experience
This hotel boasts an excellent location with easy access to shops and eateries, and features a spacious and modern lobby. My room was clean and comfortable, yet housekeeping challenges tarnished the experience. The indoor pool and bar area were nice touches, but some communication issues with staff left room for improvement.

Our family enjoyed clean facilities and excellent proximity to restaurants. Although we faced a long check-in wait, the staff turned the stay around with attentive service and local dining recommendations. Pro tip, connect with the front desk early for shuttle tips to nearby events!

Target audience: Family with kids
Customer service from the afternoon staff was EXCELLENT! I felt heard and valued when they took care of all my questions without making me feel like a bother; that means a lot when you’re juggling kids. The environment felt safe and pleasant, like you don't have to worry about your family's comfort.
It wasn't exactly affordable, but I'd say it’s acceptable for what we got.

Check-in was smooth, and the ambiance felt upscale, providing a sense of comfort and safety. The beds were incredibly comfortable, but housekeeping was lacking. Some staff had poor work ethics and struggled with communication, which detracted from the experience. However, Tiffany at the front desk was a standout, greeting us warmly and making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

Family getaway done right
The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, they couldn’t get enough of it and spent hours splashing around. We also enjoyed having a good selection of restaurants within walking distance, made it easy for picky eaters like my daughter.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but the overall experience was worth it.

The hotel is beautifully designed, and the staff is friendly, especially Camilla, who made the experience special with thoughtful service. However, billing issues arose post-stay, and my partner faced double charges, causing frustration. The lack of management response regarding thefts in the parking lot was disappointing.

The location of the Cambria Hotel is fantastic, right near shopping and restaurants, making it super convenient. The room was large and clean, perfect for unwinding after a day out. I appreciated the indoor pool for some relaxation. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Tatiana at the front desk. I had a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. However, the walls were thin. I could hear conversations from the hallway, which disrupted my rest. I also noticed that the ice machine by my room was quite loud, making it hard to sleep. Overall, my stay had its high points with the staff and location, but the noise levels left something to be desired.
